When you submit a contact form or complete a checkout, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, and country. This information is used exclusively to process your enquiry or order, deliver services, and communicate about your project.

Payment data

We do not collect, store, or handle payment card numbers. All payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI DSS Level 1 certified processor. You are redirected to Stripe's secure checkout page to complete payment. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

Automatically collected data

Our server logs standard access information including IP addresses, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is used for site security and performance and is not linked to personal identity for marketing or profiling purposes.

Browser storage

We use a single localStorage key (eod_cookie) to store your cookie consent choice. This value is stored only in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers.

Contact and project records are retained for the duration of the service relationship and for seven years thereafter, as required by US financial regulations. Server logs are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to our obligations to retain data for legal compliance.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights including: the right to know what data we hold about you; the right to request correction or deletion; and the right to opt out of data sales (we do not sell data). All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). We apply access controls and security configurations appropriate to an independent design studio operation.
