• Values: "yes" (accepted) or "no" (declined)
• Type: Browser localStorage (not a traditional server-set cookie)
• Purpose: Prevents the consent banner from appearing on every page visit
• Shared with third parties: No. This value stays only in your browser.

2. What We Do Not Use

We do not currently use: Google Analytics, Google Ads tracking, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any other third-party analytics or advertising tracking technologies.

3. Stripe

When you are redirected to checkout.stripe.com to complete payment, Stripe may set its own cookies as part of their payment security and fraud prevention systems. These are governed by Stripe's privacy and cookie policies at stripe.com/privacy.

4. Google Fonts

We load Bodoni Moda and Barlow from Google Fonts via fonts.googleapis.com. This causes your browser to request these fonts from Google's servers, which may result in Google logging your IP address. This is standard web font CDN behavior.

5. Managing Your Preferences

To reset your consent: open browser developer tools, go to Application > Local Storage > theeyeofdesign.com, and delete the "eod_cookie" key. The consent banner will reappear on your next visit. You can also clear all site data via your browser privacy settings.

6. Updates

If we add new tracking or analytics technologies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent again.
